結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對控制室抗爆性能的影響分析

[摘要]作為化工裝置中的控制、動力樞紐,控制室等建筑必須采用抗爆設(shè)計,它的抗爆受力體系由剪力墻和框架組成。與常規(guī)設(shè)計方法不同,抗爆能力參數(shù)選擇是抗爆設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵。通過對比分析我國相關(guān)規(guī)范與美國ASCE抗爆設(shè)計手冊,闡述抗爆體系在沖擊波下的受力性能并提出沖擊波確定方法;推導(dǎo)剪力墻在沖擊波作用下的荷載參數(shù);結(jié)合鋼筋與混凝土的材料性能,提出構(gòu)件動力強度的確定方法,并給出構(gòu)件的延性控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn);對比分析不同材料強度和不同尺寸構(gòu)件在沖擊波下的受力性能和延性比。結(jié)果表明:抗爆設(shè)計應(yīng)以減小構(gòu)件剛度、提高構(gòu)件強度為選材原則,使構(gòu)件處于盡量大的變形狀態(tài),以此達到較大耗能的目的,從而實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,減少工程量和投資。

Analysis on influence of structural parameters on blast resistant performance of the control room

Abstract: As the control and power supply hubs of petrochemical plant, control room and other single room must comply with the explosion resistance design. Explosion resistant structure is composed of shear wall and frame. Explosion resistance design is different from the routine method that the blast resistant ability parameter is crucial. Comparing relevant codes in China with the ASCE design manual, mechanical behavior of explosion resistant structure was discussed  and the value of shock-wave was put forward. Load parameter of shear wall under shock wave was deduced. According to behaviors of structural materials, dynamic intensity and ductility standard of structural component was derived. By using this standard, mechanical behavior and ductility ratio of different component were analyzed. Results show that the principle of selecting material is to reduce stiffness and improve strength of members. The member is under deformed state as large as possible so as to achieve greater energy dissipation and optimal design, and reduce work amount and investment.
