結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室反力墻試驗系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與施工分析

（中國中建設(shè)計集團(tuán)有限公司（直營總部）， 北京 100037）［摘要］擬動力加載系統(tǒng)針對于土木工程結(jié)構(gòu)擬靜力和擬動力試驗，是結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室必備的試驗設(shè)備，而反力墻試驗系統(tǒng)是整個實驗室的重要組成部分。以中國建筑股份有限公司技術(shù)中心試驗樓內(nèi)反力墻試驗系統(tǒng)的建立為例，介紹大型結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室反力墻試驗系統(tǒng)的荷載取值依據(jù)，通過有限元軟件進(jìn)行建模計算分析，給出反力墻及反力地板的設(shè)計方法并進(jìn)行施工圖的設(shè)計，同時也提出施工過程中反力墻及反力地板的質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)及施工要點。［關(guān)鍵詞］反力墻試驗系統(tǒng); 加載孔; 鋼骨混凝土; 預(yù)應(yīng)力中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2014)23-0020-05Design and construction analysis of reacting force wall experimental system in structure laboratoryHou Peng, Gu Yanning, Zhang Shixian, Cao Xiangming(China Construction Engineering Design Group Corporation Limited(Head Quarter), Beijing 100037, China)Abstract: Pseudo-dynamic loading system is the essential experimental equipment for the structure laboratory directed at the test of pseudo-dynamic and pseudo-static for civil engineering, and the reacting force wall experimental system is an important part of the whole experimental laboratory. Taking the building of reacting force wall experimental system of CSCEC Ltd for example, the basis for loading on the reacting force wall experimental system of large-scale structure laboratory was introduced. Using the finite element software to model and analyze, the design methods of reacting force wall and reacting force floor were given and the design drawings were carried out.
