[提要]系統(tǒng)介紹了某體育館雙層柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過APDL語言在ANSYS環(huán)境中利用滿應(yīng)力方法實(shí)現(xiàn)不同工況下桿件截面的離散變量優(yōu)化,并分析截面優(yōu)化的穩(wěn)定性、收斂性與可靠性。利用遺傳算法在MATLAB環(huán)境中實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)格類型、網(wǎng)格數(shù)、厚度、矢高的正整數(shù)變量優(yōu)化。聯(lián)合利用上述方法編制相關(guān)程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)的多變量的綜合優(yōu)化,取得了較理想的優(yōu)化效果。該種方法對空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)具有通用性。

Abstract:Optimization design of a double layers cylinder lattice shell is systemically introduced. Full stress criterion is used for the cross section areas of members optimization with discrete design variables under different load combinations in ANSYS, and convergence,stability,reliability are discussed. Taking type,numbers, thickness of grid and rise of arch as design variables, genetic algorithm is proposed for optimizing structure in MATLAB. Correlation program was programmed with MATLAB and ANSYS to realize multivariable structural optimization using above methods. Comparison with results from prior design shows that the proposed method operates effectively for optimal designing.
