[摘要]雜多縣體育綜合館主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屋蓋由大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高次曲面網(wǎng)架組成。對(duì)工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選型到荷載取值、邊界條件、參數(shù)取值等進(jìn)行了分析選定。采用合模計(jì)算及分模計(jì)算的包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)方法確保計(jì)算內(nèi)容涵蓋結(jié)構(gòu)最不利受力情況;采用抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)支座相關(guān)構(gòu)件按設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);網(wǎng)架下弦支座選用成品鉸接支座與鋼管混凝土柱頂連接,節(jié)點(diǎn)可最大限度地符合鉸接支座計(jì)算假定。鋼管混凝土柱腳節(jié)點(diǎn)為伸入框架柱的外包柱腳剛接節(jié)點(diǎn),此節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,角柱位置節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造尤其復(fù)雜,采用斷筋焊接及環(huán)繞后錨固方式處理,在滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的基礎(chǔ)上最大程度地降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工難度。

Steel structure design on the multi-purpose gymnasium in Zaduo County

Abstract: The multi-purpose gymnasium of Zaduo County adopts structural system of reinforced concrete frame in main structure and large-span steel structure high-order cylindrical spatial grid in roof system. The structural system, load value, boundary conditions and parameters of design were analyzed and selected. Envelope design methods of overall model and separated model were applied to cover the most unfavorable bearing conditions of the structure. Performance-based seismic design method was applied to design supporting members according to the established performance goals. The truss chord supporting was connected by a row of hinge joint on the top of concrete-filled steel tubular column and the joint could correspond to the hinge joint calculation assumption at the most. The encased base rigid joint into the frame column, which was used as base joint of concrete-filled steel tubular column, has complex connection detail especially in corner column position. The treatments of broken rebar welding and surrounding post-anchorage were adopted to reduce the construction difficulty onsite in maximum extent on the basis of meeting the design requirements.
