樁端帶預(yù)制排渣樁頭機(jī)械鉆孔灌注樁及其工程應(yīng)用

(浙江同方建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，溫州325000)[摘要] 本文介紹一種預(yù)制排渣樁頭，該樁頭已由溫州同力巖土工程技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司管自立先生申請(qǐng)中國(guó)專利。利用該預(yù)制排渣樁頭能有效清除與收集鉆孔灌注樁成孔、成樁時(shí)孔壁墜落泥片、清渣后殘留的泥漿以及下鋼筋籠時(shí)孔壁墜落的碎渣等；因而，有效減少孔底沉渣，使樁端的承載力得以發(fā)揮。尤其當(dāng)樁端有較好持力層可利用時(shí)，可有效提高基樁承載力。是一種適用于軟土地基的機(jī)械鉆孔灌注樁，包括直接取土簡(jiǎn)易機(jī)械鉆孔樁。[關(guān)鍵詞] 預(yù)制排渣樁頭;鉆孔灌注樁;樁端承載力中圖分類號(hào)：TU753.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S2-0647-03Prefabricated slag pile head mechanical bored pile and its engineering applicationLin Weishao（ Zhejiang Tongfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Wenzhou 325000, China）Abstract: This article introduces a prefabricated slag pile head, the pile head has been developed by Mr Guan Zhili of Wenzhou Tongli Geotechnical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., to apply for patent in China.
