開口截面鋁合金立柱穩(wěn)定性能試驗和分析*

(1 江河創(chuàng)建集團股份有限公司,北京 101300;2 清華大學(xué)土木系,北京 100084)[摘要]為研究單元體幕墻中開口截面鋁合金立柱在風(fēng)壓作用下的穩(wěn)定性能,對單根立柱和單元體加壓腔加壓兩種不同形式構(gòu)件進(jìn)行試驗,測試了開口截面公、母立柱在平面外和平面內(nèi)的變形和應(yīng)變值,兩者所得試驗結(jié)果相近。采用《鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50429—2007)對開口截面鋁合金立柱進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定和強度計算,并分析對比了計算結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果。研究表明:試驗結(jié)果遠(yuǎn)大于規(guī)范計算結(jié)果,實際應(yīng)用中可對現(xiàn)有計算方法進(jìn)行修正,以達(dá)到提高型材截面利用率的目的。[關(guān)鍵詞]穩(wěn)定性; 開口截面; 鋁合金立柱; 單元體幕墻; 計算方法中圖分類號:TU395 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)22-0052-04Experiment and analysis on stability performance of aluminum alloy columns with open sectionHui Cun1,2, Wang Bin1, Wang Yuanqing2, Tao Wei1(1 Jangho Group Company Limited, Beijing 101300, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: To study the stability performance of the aluminum alloy columns with open section in unit cell curtain wall under wind pressure, two experiments about one single column and one unit cell curtain wall loaded with pressurized chamber were carried out. The out-of-plane and in-plane deformation and the strain of the male and female columns were measured. The measured results of two experiments are approximately equal to each other. Stability performance and strength were calculated using Code for design of aluminium structures(GB 50429-2007). By comparing the results of experiments and calculation, it is shown that experimental results are much greater than the calculation results.
