考慮剪切變形影響的空間管桁架組合梁撓度計(jì)算與分析*

[摘要]為研究新型空間管桁架組合結(jié)構(gòu)的變形特點(diǎn),將空間管桁架組合梁彎曲受力行為分解為等效空腹虛擬梁的彎曲作用和腹桿組成的虛擬桁架作用。利用虛功原理建立了考慮空腹式腹桿剪切變形影響的撓度計(jì)算公式,并采用模型梁加載試驗(yàn)與有限元分析法對(duì)計(jì)算撓度進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:剪切變形產(chǎn)生的撓度為計(jì)算總撓度的52%,為彎曲作用產(chǎn)生的計(jì)算撓度的1.07倍;在各級(jí)荷載作用下,考慮剪切變形影響的計(jì)算撓度與試驗(yàn)、有限元結(jié)果吻合較好,平均偏差分別為5%和2%,試驗(yàn)值與有限元計(jì)算值的平均偏差為2%;實(shí)測結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算公式的正確性和有限元模型的合理性。文中建立的撓度計(jì)算公式為此類結(jié)構(gòu)在彈性狀態(tài)時(shí)的撓度計(jì)算提供了一種準(zhǔn)確的簡化計(jì)算方法。

Calculation and analysis on deflection of spatial tube truss composite beam under the influence of shear deformation

Abstract: To study the deformation characteristic of the new spatial tube truss composite structure, the bending behavior of spatial tube truss composite beam was simplified into flexion of equivalent virtual hollow beam and effect of virtual truss with web members. The virtual work principle was applied to establish the deflection formula under the influence of shear deformation of hollow web, besides, the results were analyzed and compared respectively with the test on beam model and finite element mathematical model. The results show that shear deformation accounts for 52 percent of all deflection, which means it is 1.07 times that of deflection under the flexion; at the state of all stepwise loadings, the calculated results under the influence of shear deformation from formula agree with the experimental results and finite element results well, the average difference is 5 percent and 2 percent respectively, while the average difference of the experimental results and finite element results is 2 percent; the measured results verify the validity of the computational formula and the rationality of the finite element model. The deflection calculation formula provides an accurate and simplified calculation method for such structure on the state of elasticity.
