軟弱土場地上某高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(中鐵工程設(shè)計院有限公司,深圳 518001)[摘要]通過天津諾德名苑工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,介紹了軟弱土場地上高層剪力墻的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。對其中的5#樓進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,針對其X,Y向不同的高寬比,分別合理布置剪力墻并巧妙地利用強連梁在抗震設(shè)計中的強剪弱彎特性對模型進行處理,最終使其各方面參數(shù)均能滿足規(guī)范要求;同時結(jié)合優(yōu)化設(shè)計對部分特殊連梁進行優(yōu)化,得到一個經(jīng)濟合理的優(yōu)化方案。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層建筑; 剪力墻; 軟弱土場地; 優(yōu)化中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)22-0030-02Structural design on the shear wall of a high-rise building constructed on the soft soil siteZhou Xuan(China Railway Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518001, China)Abstract: The structural design on the shear wall of a high-rise building constructed on the soft soil site was summarized based on structural design of the high-rise buildings of Tianjin Nuode Ming Yuan. Structural design was carried out on the No.5 building. Considering different height-width ratios of the structure in X-direction and Y-direction, shear walls were arranged reasonably and characteristics of strong shear capacity and weak bending capacity of strong coupling beams in seismic design were used to optimize the model. Finally, all the parameters meet requirements of the code.
