(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司,上海 200092)[摘要]東吳文化中心2#樓為采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的超限多層建筑,由于結(jié)構(gòu)分塔、連體情況復(fù)雜,樓板不連續(xù),使得結(jié)構(gòu)多項(xiàng)平面、立面不規(guī)則,造成結(jié)構(gòu)超限。通過調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)整體剛度、提高關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件抗震性能目標(biāo),并進(jìn)行抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)和靜力彈塑性分析以及適當(dāng)?shù)臉?gòu)造措施,解決了結(jié)構(gòu)超限、大開洞、超長、大跨桁架等難題,使得結(jié)構(gòu)滿足抗震設(shè)防要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限多層建筑; 超長結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號:TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)22-0021-04Structural analysis and design of Dongwu Culture Center No.2 buildingZheng Hongzhi(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Dongwu Culture Center No.2 building is a out-of-code multi-story RC frame-shearwall building. The structure has irregularities in plan and elevation due to multi-towers, connectingbody and discontinuous floors. The structural overall rigidity was adjusted and performancebased seismic design objectives of key components were developed. Meanwhile, Pushover analysis on overall structure was carried out for suitable seismic design details.
