新型螺栓鋼板加固法提高既有鋼筋混凝土連梁抗震性能的試驗研究*

(1 北京建筑大學(xué)土木與交通工程學(xué)院, 北京 100044;2 中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計研究院有限公司,北京 100082)[摘要]老建筑中的小跨高比連梁的抗震能力往往不能滿足當(dāng)前的設(shè)計要求,容易發(fā)生脆性剪切破壞而最終可能導(dǎo)致整個剪力墻體系的倒塌。提出一種新型螺栓鋼板加固法以提高既有連梁的抗震性能。按照1∶2比例制作了6個鋼筋混凝土連梁試件進行低周反復(fù)荷載試驗,結(jié)果表明,未進行加固的連梁呈現(xiàn)出脆性剪切破壞;直接采用螺栓鋼板加固的連梁,雖然強度有所提高,但延性并沒有提高,在同等條件下增加鋼板屈曲控制裝置后,加固后的連梁的剛度不會增加,而延性和變形能力可以提高很多。對于既有鋼筋混凝土連梁構(gòu)件,這種新型螺栓鋼板加固法是一種非常有效的抗震加固方法,既可以提高其承載力,又可以提高其延性和耗能能力。[關(guān)鍵詞]加固; 連梁; 抗震性能; 鋼板; 鋼板屈曲控制裝置中圖分類號:TU317.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)21-0086-05Experimental study on the seismic performance of existing reinforced concrete coupling beams strengthened by new bolted steel plateCheng Bei1, Li Shiwei1, Shi Cong1, Song Wenjing2(1 School of Civil and Transportation Engineering, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing 100044, China; 2 China Institute of Building Standard Design and Research, Beijing 100082, China)Abstract: The existing designs for deep reinforced concrete coupling beams with low shear span ratios in old buildings tend to fail in a brittle way under the earthquake, which may lead to the collapse of the shear wall. A new strengthening method with bolted steel plates for existing deep RC coupling beams was proposed. Six RC coupling beams were made with the ratio of 1:2 and tested by cyclic loading. The results show that the RC coupling beam without being strengthened failed in a brittle way. The strength of the coupling beam only strengthened by bolted steel plate was improved, but the ductility did not rise. But after using buckling controlled device on the coupling beam strengthened by bolted steel plate, the ductility and deformation of the beam rised a lot while the stiffness did not increase.
