廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁抗彎性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)5根廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁和1根普通鋼筋混凝土梁的抗彎性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比,研究了廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁的破壞形態(tài)、極限承載力和變形,在不同廢玻璃粉摻量和配筋率情況下,分析了廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁與普通鋼筋混凝土梁的開(kāi)裂荷載、正截面承載力、跨中撓度和最大裂縫寬度的異同,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了規(guī)范相應(yīng)公式的適用性。結(jié)果表明:各試件具有相似的破壞形態(tài);隨著廢玻璃粉摻量的增加,試件的極限承載力略微降低,跨中撓度略有增加;隨著配筋率的增大,試件的極限承載力顯著增加,跨中撓度顯著減小?!痘炷两Y(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)中極限承載力和最大裂縫寬度計(jì)算公式適用于廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁,但撓度公式需要乘以1.38才能適用于廢玻璃粉鋼筋混凝土梁。

Experimental study on the flexural behaviour of waste glass powder reinforced concrete beams

Abstract: The flexural behaviour of five waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams and one common reinforced concrete beam was compared by experiment. The failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and deformation of the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams were studied, and the differences of the cracking load, normal section bearing capacity, mid-span deflection and the biggest crack width between the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams and the common reinforced concrete beam under different amounts of waste glass powder and reinforcement ratios were analyzed. At the same time, the code formulas were verified.The results show that the failure pattern of the waste-glass-powder concrete beams is similar to that of the common reinforced concrete beam; the ultimate bearing capacity decreases slightly, and the mid-span deflection increases slightly with the increase of the waste glass powder; but the ultimate bearing capacity increases obviously and the mid-span deflection decreases obviously with the increase of the reinforcement ratio.The formulas in the Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010) can be used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity and the biggest crack width of the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams, but the deflection formula needs to be multiplied by a coefficient 1.38 to be adjusted.
