靖江市體育中心體育館上承式張弦桁架拱設(shè)計(jì)研究

[摘要]靖江體育中心體育館屋面為屋脊沿矩形對(duì)角線布置的雙坡屋面,為統(tǒng)一各榀桁架形狀及受力、優(yōu)化用鋼量,設(shè)計(jì)出一種可適用于不規(guī)則坡屋面的新型上承式張弦桁架拱結(jié)構(gòu)。以用鋼量最小為目標(biāo),采用二次開發(fā)的ANSYS優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)程序,對(duì)控制該結(jié)構(gòu)形狀的各參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)桁架跨度小于100m時(shí),宜采用在跨度三分點(diǎn)附近布置2根撐桿的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;拱腳處桁架高度建議取0.45~0.55倍的結(jié)構(gòu)高度,拱腳距支座距離建議取0.06~0.08倍的跨度;結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼量隨高跨比的增大而減小,當(dāng)高跨比取0.10時(shí),用鋼量接近最優(yōu)值。

Design and research on top-bear truss-arch string structure of Jingjiang Sports Center Stadium

Abstract: Jingjiang Sports Center Stadium has the double-pitch roof with ridges arranged along the rectangular diagonal line. In order to unify the shape and force of each truss and optimize the steel consumption, a new type of top-bear truss-arch string structure was designed to be suitable for irregular pitch roof. A further-developed optimization program based on ANSYS was used to optimize key parameters controlling the shape of top-bear truss-arch string structure to reach the goal of the minimum steel consumption. The results show that when span of top-bear truss-arch string structure is less than 100m, two struts should be arranged at third-point of the structure. The ratio of truss height  at the arch foot to total height should be 0.45 to 0.55. The ratio of arch foot span to total span should be 0.06 to 0.08. With the increase of high-span ratio, the steel consumption becomes smaller. When high-span ratio is 0.10, the steel consumption approaches the optimal value.
