太原國(guó)海廣場(chǎng)主樓抗震設(shè)計(jì)與分析

(1 太原市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院, 太原 030009; 2 蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]太原國(guó)海廣場(chǎng)主樓高303.9m,通過(guò)抗震超限審查時(shí)是山西省規(guī)劃建設(shè)的最高建筑。主樓采用鋼管混凝土框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,沿結(jié)構(gòu)高度方向布置了5道環(huán)帶桁架,并對(duì)多種設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比。針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)超限情況,采用了基于性能化的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用多種軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)整體及局部的計(jì)算分析,包括小震反應(yīng)譜及彈性時(shí)程分析、中震抗震性能計(jì)算、大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析與性能評(píng)估、典型樓層樓板應(yīng)力分析、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力數(shù)值分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果均能夠達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混合結(jié)構(gòu); 環(huán)帶桁架; 性能化設(shè)計(jì); 樓板應(yīng)力; 節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU973.3+1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)21-0036-06Seismic design and analysis on the main building of Guohai Plaza in TaiyuanZhao Bianqing1, Tan Lihua2, Liu Qiang1, Jia Genghu1, Zhang Jin2(1 Taiyuan Design & Research Institute, Taiyuan 030009, China; 2 Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract:With the height of 303.9 meters, the main building of Guohai Plaza in Taiyuan is the highest building in plan in Shanxi Province at the time of out-of-code review. The main building adopts mixed structural system of concrete filled steel tubular frame-reinforced concrete core wall with five belt trusses along the height of the structure. Several structural schemes were compared in design. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted considering multiple out-of-code indicators. Several programs were used to analyze the whole structure and part of the structure, including elastic time-history analysis and response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake, seismic performance calculation under medium earthquake, elastic-plastic time-history analysis and performance evaluation under rare earthquake, slab stress analysis of typical floor and the numerical analysis of key joint bearing capacity.
