局部屈曲變形損傷對H型鋼柱豎向剩余承載力影響的試驗(yàn)研究*

(太原理工大學(xué)建筑與土木工程學(xué)院, 太原 030024)[摘要]以1.5m高HW100×100×6×8熱軋H型鋼柱為研究對象,分別對6個(gè)因側(cè)向撞擊而受損的H型鋼柱試件和2個(gè)完好的對比試件進(jìn)行了豎向剩余承載力的試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)中記錄了試件的荷載-位移關(guān)系曲線及名義應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系曲線,得到了試件的殘余變形形態(tài)和豎向極限承載力。通過定義剩余承載力系數(shù),得出剩余承載力系數(shù)與局部屈曲損傷變形量之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系式。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試件受壓時(shí),局部屈曲損傷部位成為明顯的薄弱部位,加載過程中該部位的翼緣進(jìn)一步扭曲,腹板出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的側(cè)向鼓曲,試件表現(xiàn)為整體失穩(wěn)破壞。隨著沖擊能量的增加,沖擊荷載對構(gòu)件的損傷程度增大,構(gòu)件的豎向剩余承載力降低,剩余承載力系數(shù)與局部屈曲損傷變形量之間成線性關(guān)系。[關(guān)鍵詞]H型鋼柱; 局部屈曲; 整體失穩(wěn); 豎向剩余承載力中圖分類號:TU392.1, TU317+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)21-0017-06Experimental study on vertical residual bearing capacity of H-shaped steel column with local buckling deformationWang Rui, Guo Zhaosheng, Pei Chang(College of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan 030024, China)Abstract:Taking the HW100×100×6×8 H-shaped steel column with the height of 1.5m as the research object, experimental study of vertical residual bearing capacity was carried out on two normal specimens and six damaged H-shaped steel column specimens due to lateral impact. Vertical ultimate bearing capacity, residual deformation mode, load-deformation curve and stress-strain curve were obtained. By defining the residual bearing capacity factor, function relationship between the residual bearing capacity factor and local bucking damaged deformation value was obtained. Test results show that local bucking damage region becomes obvious weak region when the member is compressed. In this region, flange was further twisted and web was seriously blown up towards lateral side under the loading. The specimen fails in global instability. As the increase of the impact energy, impact load damages more seriously on the specimen and the residual bearing capacity of the specimen reduces.
