冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼檁條彎曲變形的抗彎剛度*

[摘要]在分析比較歐洲規(guī)范EN 1993-1-3和我國《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼檁條彎曲變形的抗彎剛度進(jìn)行了較深入的探討和對比分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:按《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)計(jì)算有效截面抗彎剛度相對保守,按毛截面計(jì)算抗彎剛度稍顯不安全,按EN 1993-1-3計(jì)算相對合理。在滿應(yīng)力狀況下,對于2mm厚C140~C250規(guī)格的冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼檁條,在正常使用極限狀態(tài)下,抗彎剛度折減系數(shù)可取毛截面抗彎剛度的0.95倍(Q235鋼)和0.9倍(Q345鋼)。

Bending rigidity of cold-formed thin-wall lipped channel purlins for bending deflection

Abstract: Based on the comparison analysis of Eurocode EN 1993-1-3 and Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structure (GB 50018—2002) in China, intensive study and comparison analysis were carried out about the bending rigidity of cold-formed thin-wall lipped channel purlins for bending deflection. The calculating results show that the provisions in the GB 50018—2002 specifications are too conservative about the effective section bending rigidity and the bending rigidity calculated according to gross cross-section is unsafe, while the results are reasonable according to the EN 1993-1-3. Under the full stress condition, the reduction factor for the bending rigidity of cold-formed thin-wall lipped channel purlins from C140 to C250 (thickness of 2mm) are 0.95 times (Q235 steel) and 0.9 times (Q345 steel) of the gross crosssection bending rigidity respectively at the serviceability limit state.
