冷彎薄壁型鋼四肢組合軸壓構(gòu)件承載力試驗(yàn)研究*

(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑工程系,上海 200092;2 浙江精工鋼結(jié)構(gòu)集團(tuán)股份有限公司,紹興 312030)[摘要]對12根冷彎薄壁型鋼四肢組合箱形截面柱進(jìn)行了軸壓試驗(yàn),研究該類試件的極限受壓承載力和破壞形態(tài)。試件共有3種截面類型,均由2個(gè)C形構(gòu)件和2個(gè)U形構(gòu)件通過自攻自鉆螺釘組合而成,試件長度均為3.0m。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該類試件均發(fā)生局部屈曲破壞,破壞具有突然性;試件屈曲破壞前表面有明顯的波紋變形,試件整體協(xié)同工作性能較好,沒有發(fā)生釘子剝落、被剪斷情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上對試件進(jìn)行有限元分析,數(shù)值分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,同時(shí)依據(jù)《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)計(jì)算組合構(gòu)件中的各單根構(gòu)件受壓承載力,并將結(jié)果疊加,發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果約為該疊加值的2~5倍。[關(guān)鍵詞]冷彎薄壁型鋼; 四肢組合; 受壓柱; 足尺試驗(yàn); 數(shù)值分析; 試驗(yàn)研究中圖分類號:TU392.5 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)21-0007-06Experimental study on bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-wall steel quadruple-limbs built-up components under axial loadingDu Zhaoyu1,2, Zhao Yijie1, Zhang Qilin1(1 Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 Zhejiang Jinggong Steel Building Group Co., Ltd., Shaoxing 312030, China)Abstract: The axial loading experiments on 12 cold-formed thin-wall steel quadruple-limb builtup box columns were carried out. The ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes of the specimens were investigated. The specimens had a total of 3 section types with length of 3.0m, all of which were composed of two C-shaped and two U-shaped components, and assembled through self-drilling screws. Experimental results show that all specimens are prone to locally buckle and damage suddenly. There is obvious corrugation deformation before damage on specimens. The collaborative performance of a whole specimen is good, and no nails are peeled and cut. On the basis of experiments, the finite element analysis was taken. The analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Meanwhile the bearing capacity of the single component was calculated according to Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GB 50018—2002), and added together.
