北京財(cái)富中心超高層結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性地震反應(yīng)分析*

(1 北京科技大學(xué)土木系，北京 100083；2 中冶京誠工程技術(shù)有限公司，北京 100053）[摘要] 北京財(cái)富中心二期辦公塔樓為高256.35m的框架－筒體結(jié)構(gòu)。在結(jié)構(gòu)中綜合運(yùn)用了鋼管混凝土柱、鋼骨混凝土連梁、鋼板混凝土剪力墻等多種組合構(gòu)件。為研究罕遇地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性反應(yīng)行為，采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA軟件，探討了鋼管混凝土、鋼板剪力墻等構(gòu)件簡化計(jì)算模型，然后建立整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的精細(xì)有限元模型。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明: 結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角均小于1/100，滿足抗震要求；在強(qiáng)震過程中，連梁首先進(jìn)入塑性，成為結(jié)構(gòu)的主要耗能構(gòu)件；剪力墻和框架柱局部進(jìn)入塑性但沒有發(fā)生破壞，結(jié)構(gòu)體系顯示出良好的抗震性能。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超高層結(jié)構(gòu);組合結(jié)構(gòu);地震反應(yīng);彈塑性分析中圖分類號(hào)：TU973+.212 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼： A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S2-0383-04Elastic-plastic seismic response analysis on the super high-rise structure of Beijing fortune plazaPan Danguang1, Tan Jinpeng2(1 Department of Civil Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China; 2 Capital Engineer & Research Incorporation Limited, Beijing 100053, China)Abstract：The phase 2 office tower of Beijing fortune plaza is a frame-tube structure with 256.35 m height. It utilizes composite members including concrete filled steel tube column, steel reinforced concrete binding beam and steel plate shear wall. In order to analyze the elastic-plastic response subjected to rare seismic excitations, we developed the simplified the constitutive model of these composite structures. Then a refined finite element model was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to assess its anti-seismic ability. Numerical results show that the maximum drift angles are all less than 1/100 which satisfies the demand of seismic design code; binding beams are the members in which the plastic reaction arise first and become the major dissipative part; a part of shear-walls and frame-columns take on the plastic behavior, but they didn’t collapse.
