消防車等效均布活荷載參數(shù)化研究

(浙江綠城建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,杭州 310007)[摘要] 基于ANSYS有限元軟件,采用APDL語(yǔ)言,實(shí)現(xiàn)了參數(shù)化的消防車等效均布活荷載計(jì)算模型。根據(jù)柱跨、覆土厚度、計(jì)算構(gòu)件等參數(shù)自動(dòng)生成有限元計(jì)算模型,提出了針對(duì)不同樓蓋構(gòu)件的消防車不利布置和根據(jù)彎矩、剪力等構(gòu)件效應(yīng)等效計(jì)算等效均布活荷載的方法,模型根據(jù)此方法自動(dòng)施加輪壓作用,給出用于等效荷載計(jì)算的構(gòu)件效應(yīng)。并以不同覆土厚度和柱跨下井字梁樓蓋主梁、次梁、樓板及無(wú)梁樓板的作為算例給出了其等效消防車均布活荷載,研究了消防車等效均布活荷載的影響因素。其結(jié)果可供工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,并給今后的相關(guān)研究提供了一個(gè)具有擴(kuò)展性的高效率平臺(tái)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 消防車; 等效均布活荷載; 有限元; 參數(shù)化模型中圖分類號(hào):TU312.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S2-0364-07作者簡(jiǎn)介:王昕,博士,一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師,Email:bg5hot@gmail.com。Parametric research on equivalent uniform live load for fire enginesWang Xin, Hu Damin, Li Baozhong, Zhan Lebin(Zhejiang Greenton Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Hangzhou 310007, China)Abstract: A parametric model based on ANSYS with APDL was proposed to obtain equivalent uniform live load for fire engines. The appropriate finite element models for different components of floor were generated with various floor span, soil thickness. Fire engines wheel pressure was applied to considering the principle of the most unfavorable load and the results of components were derived to determine the equivalent uniform live load by the equivalent component effect method. The equivalent uniform live load for primary and secondary beams and slab of cross beam floor, and for flat slab are given as examples. Factors affecting the equivalent uniform live load are studied.
