寧夏亙?cè)獓?guó)際中心大廈超大雨篷結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

(北京三磊建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，北京 100048)[摘要] 詳細(xì)介紹了寧夏亙?cè)獓?guó)際中心大廈入口處超大雨篷的設(shè)計(jì)。該雨篷位于亙?cè)獓?guó)際中心大廈的北立面，建筑平面尺寸23.60m×13.5 m，雨篷緊臨超高層建筑，因此在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中風(fēng)荷載成為控制荷載。本案采用MIDAS Gen 與SAP 2000兩種計(jì)算軟件建模，對(duì)比了兩種軟件得出的結(jié)果，桿件截面選擇合理，各構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力比、變形均滿足規(guī)范要求。銷(xiāo)軸連接是雨篷拉桿與主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接的關(guān)鍵部分，本文詳細(xì)介紹了銷(xiāo)軸節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)，并分析了偏心受力對(duì)連接焊縫的影響，本案設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)將拉桿軸力中心與焊縫中心重合，避免了附加彎矩對(duì)焊縫造成危害。[關(guān)鍵詞] 雨篷；銷(xiāo)軸設(shè)計(jì)；大懸挑；鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)：TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)嗎：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S2-0350-04Structure design and research of super big awning of Ningxia Genyuan International Center BuildingLei Yang(Beijing Sunlay Design Inc., Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: Design of the super big awning of Ningxia Genyuan International Center Building is introduced in detail. The awning is located in the north of the Genyuan International Center Building, its plane size is 23.60m×13.5 m. The Awning belongs to a super high-rise complex building, so wind becomes control load during design process. MIDAS Gen and SAP 2000 are adopted to calculate the whole model, then the result from different soft is compared, section dimensions of member are chosen reasonable, so that stress ratio and deflection of various components meet the requirements of specification. Pin shaft connection is a key part between the awning rod and the main structure, this paper describes the design of pin shaft in detail, and analyzes the effect of eccentric force for connection welding. In order to avoid the harm of additional moment, the center line of awning rod and welding is designed to coincide with the center.Keywords: awning;pin shaft;large-cantilevered;steel structure
