(悉地(北京)國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)有限公司,北京 100013)[摘要] 呼市海亮廣場(chǎng)2#、6#樓為約150m高住宅建筑,為保證建筑的使用功能和房間布局,采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。呼和浩特市抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度,塔樓屬高度超限建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。本文介紹了該工程特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況。按照規(guī)范要求,進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)過(guò)多模型的小震彈性分析、小震時(shí)程分析及大震靜力彈塑性分析,其工作狀態(tài)和性能均能達(dá)到預(yù)期性能目標(biāo)和規(guī)范要求。[關(guān)鍵詞] 結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì);超高層住宅;剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu);Push-over中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU973+.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S2-0235-05作者簡(jiǎn)介:金輝,工學(xué)碩士,工程師,一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師,Email:Jin.hui@ccdi.com.cn。Structural design on shear wall structure of the super high-rise residential building in Hohhot Hai Liang PlazaJin Hui, Liu Wei(CCDI Group, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: The No.2 and No.6 tower of the Hohhot Hai Liang Plaza is about 150m high residential building. For the usage and room layout, the shear wall structure is adopted. Hohhot is in the 8 degree-earthquake fortification zone, and they are two ultra-limit high-rise buildings. The characteristics and structural design were introduced. Based on the codes, a performance-based seismic design was adopted. The structure was analyzed with multi-model and software.
