城市軌道交通站點與周邊地下空間連通理念發(fā)展分析

(上海市政工程設(shè)計研究總院(集團)有限公司,上海 200092)[摘要] 城市軌道交通站點與周邊地下空間的連通銜接,是提升軌道交通服務(wù)水平和地下空間開發(fā)綜合效益的重要環(huán)節(jié)。上海近二十年的建設(shè)實踐表明,軌道交通站點與周邊地下空間連通的規(guī)劃建設(shè)理念大致經(jīng)歷了三個發(fā)展階段:獨立分散開發(fā),缺乏有效連通和協(xié)調(diào);建設(shè)時序不統(tǒng)一,自發(fā)建立通道銜接;一體規(guī)劃建設(shè),實現(xiàn)區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通。徐家匯和陸家嘴兩個換乘樞紐地區(qū)的發(fā)展建設(shè)過程充分體現(xiàn)了連通理念的這種更新與轉(zhuǎn)變。[關(guān)鍵詞] 軌道交通站點;地下空間;連通中圖分類號:TU984 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S2-0187-04作者簡歷:朱良成,碩士,工程師,Email:zhuliangcheng@smedi.com。Concept development analysis of connectivity of urban rail transit stations and surrounding underground spaceZhu Liangcheng, Wang Min(Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute (Group) Co. Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The connectivity of urban rail transit stations and surrounding underground space is a crucial part of promoting service level of rail transit and comprehensive benefits of underground space development. In the recent twenty-years’ construction practice of Shanghai, the planning and construction concept of connectivity has gone through three development stages: separated development, lack of effective connectivity and coordination; non-uniform construction sequence, spontaneous channel construction; integrated planning and construction, regional network connectivity. The development course of Xujiahui and Lujiazui transfer hub area fully reflects the renewal and transformation of connectivity concept.Keywords: rail transit stations; underground space; connectivity
