一種張弦型鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的分析與設(shè)計

(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院 ,100045)[提要]某援外工程屋蓋新型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)跨度近70m。由于建筑藝術(shù)要求,屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的高度被限制在1.5m,需要一種新型網(wǎng)架的形式。針對其結(jié)構(gòu)特點編制了相應的優(yōu)化、設(shè)計程序并研制了一種新型節(jié)點。這種新型空間結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向剛度的增加,大大減少了結(jié)構(gòu)的位移。分析了這種結(jié)構(gòu)的特征、結(jié)構(gòu)動力特性和荷載狀態(tài)下的力學反應。介紹了新節(jié)點的構(gòu)造特點。[關(guān)鍵詞]空間結(jié)構(gòu);新型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu);設(shè)計計算;節(jié)點構(gòu)造Structural Design and Analysis of a New Kind of Stretch Chord Steel Roof/He Xiling, Gan Ming, Zhang Sheng(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:A new kind of space frame spanning approximately 70 meters is used in the building s roof. According to architecture requirement that the structure height is limited less than 1.5 meter, the displacement requirement of the space frame given in Chinese code can not be satisfied. The new kind of space frame mentioned above is introduced. A program used for optimizing design of this structure is developed. The new kind of space frame improves the vertical rigidity of the roof system, and markedly reduces the structural displacement under load. The structural features of the roof system, dynamic functions, mechanical behaviors under load and the construction of main nodes are introduced.Keywords:space structure; space grid; design; joint construction
