與地鐵共建地下空間開發(fā)的若干工程問題研究

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司,上海 200092)[摘要] 結(jié)合近年來承擔(dān)設(shè)計(jì)的上海“盧灣區(qū)65號(hào)地塊南區(qū)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目”，研究與地鐵共建地下空間開發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的難點(diǎn)及思路，既要保證相鄰地鐵的運(yùn)營(yíng)要求和項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地其他要求（如本項(xiàng)目需滿足作為世博會(huì)場(chǎng)地的相關(guān)要求），同時(shí)需滿足項(xiàng)目自身的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)籌劃，此外尚需確保周邊環(huán)境的安全，從而進(jìn)行合理有效的項(xiàng)目總體設(shè)計(jì)籌劃。[關(guān)鍵詞] 地鐵共建；地下空間開發(fā)中圖分類號(hào)：U231+.4, 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S2-0173-05Research on some engineering problems of subway construction and underground space developmentShi Peiwen(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: According to the design of "development projects of south part of No. 65 plot in Luwan District" in Shanghai in recent years, problems and methods in the implementation of underground space development and subway construction are studied.
