寧波站鐵路樞紐南北廣場地下空間綜合開發(fā)策略

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司,上海 200092)【摘要】根據(jù)寧波火車站周邊的現(xiàn)狀,以及新建國鐵站房、地鐵2,4號線站點(diǎn)換乘等因素,對寧波站南北廣場地下交通樞紐、建立南北通達(dá)的地下步行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,使相對狹小的城區(qū)內(nèi)樞紐空間進(jìn)一步完善、土地得到綜合開發(fā)利用。同時,創(chuàng)造出一個環(huán)境良好、換乘便捷,能夠輻射寧波站周邊區(qū)域的綜合交通樞紐和重要的公共活動中心。【關(guān)鍵詞】 鐵路樞紐站前廣場地下空間; 交通型地下空間; 綜合開發(fā)利用中圖分類號:U412.38 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S2-0161-04Integrated development strategy of underground space of Ningbo Railway Station South-North PlazaWang Kaifu(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: According to the surrounding situation of Ningbo Railway Station, the newly-built national Railway Station, and the transfer points of metro line 2 and 4, the underground transit hub of the north and the South square are planned as well as an underground pedestrian system to connect South and North, which improves the relative small hub space and achieve comprehensive development and utilization of the land. At the same time, an integrated transport hub and an important public activity centre with good environment, convenient transfer points are created, which can radiate surrounding areas of Ningbo Railway Station.
