地下城市綜合體初探

（同濟大學建筑設計研究院（集團）有限公司，上海 200092）[摘要] 城市地下空間的開發(fā)和利用越來越受到重視。越來越多的項目開始圍繞地下空間展開，甚至有一些項目本身就只是一些地下的綜合開發(fā)，這就引申出了地下城市綜合體的新概念。通過一些實際項目的案例，了解了近年來地下空間開發(fā)的趨勢和方向，理解地下城市綜合體出現(xiàn)的時代背景和實際需要，同時展望其未來的發(fā)展前景。然而在積極面對新理念的同時，也面臨著許多問題和困難，這些問題和困難也正是以后研究地下城市綜合體的重點內(nèi)容。[關(guān)鍵詞] 地下城市綜合體; 城市建設; 地下空間開發(fā); 交通觸媒; 下沉廣場中圖分類號：TU922 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X（2013）S2-0153-03Exploration to the underground urban complexXue Huiming(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The development of urban-underground area is more and more important, more and more projects are going to begin with the underground space, even some projects just use the underground area to develop a complex.
