抗浮措施在某大型地下工程中的選擇與應(yīng)用

（同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院（集團(tuán)）有限公司，上海 200092）[摘要] 隨著城市建設(shè)用地的不斷緊張，大型城市商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目不僅向上部空間不斷發(fā)展，同時(shí)也越來(lái)越注重對(duì)地下空間的充分利用。目前，大多數(shù)的商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目一般都有2~3層的整體地下室，基礎(chǔ)埋深普遍超過(guò)10m，如何解決地下室抗浮問(wèn)題已成為此類項(xiàng)目基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一。在中信合肥紫云路商業(yè)項(xiàng)目基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中，通過(guò)對(duì)不同抗浮措施的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較，選擇了抗拔預(yù)制混凝土方樁作為本工程的抗浮主要措施。在天然基礎(chǔ)底板和抗拔樁布置中，通過(guò)板殼有限元計(jì)算分析，考慮樁和地基土的豎向剛度，比較了不同布置方案下的基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)力分布情況，合理確定了基礎(chǔ)布置形式，經(jīng)濟(jì)有效地解決了地下室抗浮問(wèn)題。[關(guān)鍵詞] 抗拔樁；筏板基礎(chǔ)；地下室抗浮中圖分類號(hào)：TU471.2, TU473.1+3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S2-0104-05作者簡(jiǎn)介：居煒，碩士，工程師，一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師；Email：32jw@tjadri.com 。Choose and application of the anti-floating method in one large basementJu Wei(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: As the available urban construction land decreases rapidly, large urban commercial complexes extend upwards as well as deeply into the ground to take use of underground space. Nowadays, most of the large commercial complexes have basement of two or three levels, and the buried depth of the foundation is more than 10m. The issue of basement anti-floating design has become the main concerns of such projects. In the foundation design of the Hefei Zhongxin Ziyun Road commercial complex project, technique and economy comparisons between different types of anti-floating measures are conducted and the anti-uplifting precast concrete rectangular pile was chosen to be the main measure to resist the buoyancy. In the design of the foundation concrete slab and the anti-uplifting piles, finite element analysis using elements of plate and shell are conducted with the consideration of the vertical rigidity of the piles and the soil. Internal forces distributions in different design schemes are compared, and layouts of foundations are determined to solve the anti-floating issue was d economically.Keywords: anti-uplifting pile; raft foundation; basement anti-floating
