新中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心預(yù)應(yīng)力立體管桁架屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[提要]新中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心工程屬2008奧運(yùn)配套工程。一期工程為8個(gè)主展館,各展館平面均為71m×172m的矩形,分別由10榀倒三角形預(yù)應(yīng)力立體管桁架構(gòu)成屋蓋體系,桁架跨度為70.2m。桁架下弦為方鋼管,其余桿件均為圓鋼管,預(yù)應(yīng)力索穿于下弦桿內(nèi),支座采用鑄鋼單向鉸支座。結(jié)合具體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)靜力性能分析、單榀桁架出平面穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算、屋蓋中震彈性驗(yàn)算、結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性變形驗(yàn)算,并進(jìn)行了單榀桁架斷索及單榀桁架失效等極端工況下屋蓋體系的抗連續(xù)倒塌驗(yàn)算。研究結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)性能均滿足規(guī)范要求,并具有良好的靜、動(dòng)力受力性能。

Prestressed Space Trusses Roof Structure Design of New China International Exhibition Center/Wei Dong, Ke Changhua, Wang Zhigang, Li Wenfeng(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045,China)
Abstract: New China International Exhibition Center is part of 2008 Olympic Games supporting project. It includes 8 main exhibition halls. Each exhibition hall is sized of 71m×172m and its steel roof is formed by ten 70.2 meter span inversion triangle section prestressed space trusses. In which, circular hollow sections are used as top chord and web members, and square hollow sections are used as bottom chord members with prestressed cable going through it. One way hinged cast steel supports are used for trusses. Integrating with structural design process, varies structural analysis on steel roof has been carried out, including static performance, single truss out plane stability, steel roof elastic analysis on occasional earthquake and whole structure elastic plastic time history analysis on rear earthquake. Two extreme cases of structure s progressive collapse are analyzed, including cable broken and one truss collapsed. The result of each analysis satisfies codes requirement. The analysis above proves that the whole structure has an excellent static and dynamic load bearing performance.
