(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院，100045)［提要］北京東方文化藝術(shù)中心工程為大型公共建筑，結(jié)構(gòu)存在平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則、大底盤多塔樓、局部轉(zhuǎn)換層等諸多不利因素，屬于復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。工程設(shè)計過程中，從結(jié)構(gòu)概念設(shè)計出發(fā)，分析結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震薄弱部位及其薄弱程度，區(qū)別對待，綜合考慮，使用多種程序進行計算研究，采取有針對性的抗震加強措施和細部構(gòu)造處理，達到提高結(jié)構(gòu)延性、保證結(jié)構(gòu)抗震安全的目的。［關(guān)鍵詞］抗震設(shè)計；平面不規(guī)則；豎向不規(guī)則；大底盤多塔樓Structural Design of Beijing Orient Culture Art Center/Chen Jiying (Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Beijing Orient Culture Art Center is a large public building and a complex high rise building with many unfavorable factors including irregular plane，vertical irregularity，multi-tower with large podium and partial transition layer.
