(中國(guó)建筑東北設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 沈陽(yáng) 110006)[摘要]沈陽(yáng)樂天世界超高層住宅樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度為144.5m,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系及布置、抗震設(shè)防性能目標(biāo)。通過不同程序進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算結(jié)果、罕遇地震作用下的靜力及動(dòng)力彈塑性分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)寬扁梁進(jìn)行有限元模擬。結(jié)果表明,工程各項(xiàng)計(jì)算指標(biāo)比較理想,均滿足規(guī)范要求。并針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況提出相應(yīng)的超限對(duì)策及加強(qiáng)措施,整體滿足規(guī)范性能化設(shè)計(jì)的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu); 動(dòng)力彈塑性; 性能化設(shè)計(jì); 寬扁梁中圖分類號(hào):TU973.3+1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)19-0057-04Seismic design on a super high-rise residential building of Lotte World in ShenyangDong Zhifeng, Liu Chao, Chen Yong, Gao Jian, Li Dapeng, Liu Ziqing(China Northeast Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shenyang 110006, China)Abstract: RC frame-core wall structure system was adopted in a super high-rise residential building of Lotte World in Shenyang,the height of which is 144.5m. The structural system and structural arrangement as while as the seismic fortification and performance objectives of the super high-rise building were presented. The overall calculation results, Pushover and dynamic elastics-plastic analysis results under rare earthquake were analyzed through different programs. And the finite element simulation on the wide-flat beam was carried out. Results indicate that the technical parameters of the building all well satisfy the requirements of the specifications. In addition, the counter plans and strengthening measures were put forward for out-ofcode situations.
