［提要］中國(guó)華電大廈由辦公樓和酒店兩部分組成，結(jié)構(gòu)體系比較復(fù)雜。設(shè)計(jì)中采取框架 剪力墻體系，重要部位為型鋼混凝土構(gòu)件，基本避免或有效控制了可能存在的錯(cuò)層、剛度突變等平面與豎向不規(guī)則的不利因素。著重介紹了主體結(jié)構(gòu)方案和角部1110m跨懸挑構(gòu)件、連橋等幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵部位的設(shè)計(jì)思路、設(shè)防原則、計(jì)算方法、構(gòu)造措施。對(duì)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)采用了兩種軟件進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，并進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的彈性時(shí)程分析。

Abstract:China Huadian mansion has a very complicated structure system. During the project designing, a series of measures were taken to avoid or effectively control the potential irregularity in horizontal and vertical direction such as diaphragms discontinuities, rigidity varieties. It emphasizes on the design idea, principle of fortification, calculation method as well as the detailed measures for the overall structural plan and several key parts like 11.10m overhanging member in the corners, connecting bridge. Two types of software were used to analyse the complicated structure system, and elastic time history analysis was also done.
