《建筑工程風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的研究與編制*

摘 要

[摘要]為規(guī)范建筑工程風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)的方法、設(shè)備及報(bào)告撰寫,保證風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果合理可靠,研究編制了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑工程風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。開展了大氣邊界層模擬及試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷南嗨菩砸?、風(fēng)洞及測試設(shè)備的性能、風(fēng)荷載及風(fēng)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)的方法和過程、數(shù)據(jù)處理和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告等方面的重要研究并在該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中做出了相應(yīng)規(guī)定。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,依據(jù)風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)報(bào)告提供的風(fēng)荷載,考慮風(fēng)向的風(fēng)速折減系數(shù)不應(yīng)小于0.85,主結(jié)構(gòu)和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)荷載分別不應(yīng)低于《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范》(GB 500092012)計(jì)算值的70%80%。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還規(guī)定了基于超越概率和超越次數(shù)的風(fēng)環(huán)境評估方法和風(fēng)環(huán)境舒適度的5級分類。

Study and edition of Standard for wind tunnel test of buildings and structures

Abstract: In order to standardize the methods, facilities and test report formation of wind tunnel test, Standard for wind tunnel test of buildings and structures was compiled to ensure the reasonable and reliable wind tunnel test result. Investigation was carried out on simulation of atmospheric boundary layer, test similarity, performance of wind tunnel facilities, test method and procedure of wind load and wind environment, data analysis, test report, and so on. All related provisions were provided in the standard. According to the standard, the proposed wind directional factor shall be not less than 0.85 based on the given wind load from wind tunnel test report, and the wind load shall not be less than 70% of that calculated by Load code for the design of building structuresGB 500092012for main structures, and 80% for claddings. In the standard, wind environment assessment method was proposed based on exceedance probability and the number of exceedance, and the human comfort was classified to 5 categories.
