青島萬邦中心1#樓超高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計(jì)研究

(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院 100045)[提要]青島萬邦中心1#大廈,高度232.4m,采用鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu),整體體系為斜撐框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了工程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)分析情況,重點(diǎn)分析了斜撐框架體系的受力特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)其受力特點(diǎn)總結(jié)了斜撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,并提出相關(guān)的抗震措施。最后給出了工程中具有代表性的復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,為類似工程參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層結(jié)構(gòu);斜撐框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu);抗震性能;節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)Research of Particular Structure System in the Tall Building of Tsingdao Wanbang Center/Yang Yong, Chen Binlei, Li Wenfeng, Li Weizheng, Zhang Yong, Li Zhidong, Liu Xiangyang(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Tsingdao Wanbang Center is 2324m high, which is designed as steel concrete mixed structure. The whole structure is made up of diagonal brace frame and core wall. The mechanics performance of the diagonal brace frame system is introduced. Based on the analysis, its anti-seismic performance and seismic fortification measures for the structure are summarized. Finally, the design of representational complicated connections in the project is introduced.
