[摘要]屈曲約束支撐抗震性能試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的重要依據(jù),但在我國(guó)已有的涉及該部分內(nèi)容的5本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定不一致。通過(guò)對(duì)5本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中相關(guān)內(nèi)容的對(duì)比,提出屈曲約束支撐抗震性能的試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確了大應(yīng)變低周疲勞試驗(yàn)中位移幅值的取值方法。通過(guò)屈曲約束支撐的抗震性能試驗(yàn),得到了試件骨架曲線以及疲勞破壞特征,給出了屈服后剛度建議值。進(jìn)行了兩根屈曲約束支撐的大應(yīng)變低周疲勞試驗(yàn),分析了構(gòu)件破壞特征,并給出提高屈曲約束支撐疲勞性能的加工工藝的建議。

Tests research on large strain low cycle fatigue of buckling restrained braces

Abstract: The seismic performance test standards of buckling restrained braces(BRBs) are important bases for the product inspection, but the test standard requirements of five domestic standards are different. The seismic performance test standards of BRBs were presented through the comparisons of the relevant content in five standards, and the displacement amplitude value in large strain low cycle fatigue test was defined. Through the seismic performance tests of BRBs, skeleton curves and fatigue failure characteristics were obtained and recommended post-yield stiffness value was given. Large strain low cycle fatigue tests on two BRBs were carried out. The failure characteristics of members were analyzed and proposed manufactured technology to develop fatigue performances of BRBs was given.
