連續(xù)Z字形布置防屈曲支撐RC框架結(jié)構(gòu)擬靜力試驗研究*

[摘要]提出一種新型的連續(xù)Z字形布置防屈曲支撐鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并對該新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系的1/2縮尺的子結(jié)構(gòu)試件進行擬靜力試驗。每個子結(jié)構(gòu)試件包括由鋼筋混凝土梁、柱構(gòu)成的鋼筋混凝土部分和兩個防屈曲支撐。試驗結(jié)果表明,防屈曲支撐連接部位的豎向抗力與水平向抗力是相對獨立的,防屈曲支撐在該新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系中工作性能良好。同時通過試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),防屈曲支撐節(jié)點板相對于鋼筋混凝土梁柱節(jié)點可能會發(fā)生一定的轉(zhuǎn)動,導致為節(jié)點板提供水平抗力的預應力螺栓受力不均,還可能使為節(jié)點板提供豎向抗力的鋼筋混凝土剪力鍵受到一定的拉力作用。這些不利因素需要在連接部分的設計中予以考慮。

Cyclic loading test of reinforced concrete frame structure with continuously installed buckling restrained braces in zigzag configuration

Abstract: A new bracing system with continuously installed buckling restrained braces in zigzag configuration was proposed for reinforced concrete frame structures. Cyclic loading test was carried out on 1/2-scale subassemblies of the proposed structural system. Each of the subassemblies consists of reinforced concrete part of RC beams and columns and two buckling restrained braces. The test results show that the vertical and the horizontal bearing capacity of the connection of the buckling restrained braces are essentially independent of each other, and the buckling restrained braces perform well in the proposed system. However, the probable rotation of the connection gusset plate with respect to the beam-to-column joint may result in uneven force distribution of the prestressed bolts, which provide horizontal resistance for the connection gusset plate. At the same time, such rotation may cause tensile forces in the reinforced concrete shear connectors which provide vertical resistance for the connection gusset plate. All the above unfavorable conditions should be considered in the design of the gusset connection.
