[摘要]依據(jù)蘆山地震中不同烈度區(qū)內(nèi)28個(gè)抽樣點(diǎn)的震害調(diào)查資料,分析了磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居在本次地震中的破壞特征。首先,統(tǒng)計(jì)了不同烈度區(qū)內(nèi)不同破壞等級房屋的建筑面積,給出了磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居的破壞比例;其次,總結(jié)了磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居的震害特征,給出了不同烈度區(qū)內(nèi)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居在本次地震中的典型破壞形態(tài),據(jù)此指出了震區(qū)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居在設(shè)計(jì)建造過程中存在的主要問題,并以震害實(shí)例說明了其造成的嚴(yán)重后果;最后,對比了汶川地震前后建造的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)民居,發(fā)現(xiàn)新建房屋的抗震措施普遍優(yōu)于汶川地震前建造房屋的抗震措施,其抗震性能明顯提高。

Analysis on seismic damage characteristics of masonry-concrete structure dwellings in Lushan M7.0 Earthquake

Abstract: Seismic damage characteristics of masonry-concrete structure dwellings were analyzed according to the seismic damage investigation data of 28 sampling points in different seismic intensity regions in Lushan Earthquake. First of all, the areas of buildings with different damage grades were investigated in different seismic intensity regions and the destruction ratio of masonry-concrete structure dwellings was presented. Then, seismic damage characteristics of masonry-concrete structure dwellings were summarized and the typical damage patterns of masonry-concrete structure dwellings were given in different intensity regions. The major problems in seismic design and construction of masonry-concrete structure dwellings in the seismic region were pointed out, and the serious consequences caused by these defects were illustrated with typical structural damage examples. Finally, the seismic performances of masonry-concrete structure dwellings built before and after the Wenchuan Earthquake were compared, which shows that seismic measures of latter dwellings were better than those of the former ones. The seismic performances of latter dwelling have been obviously improved.
