新規(guī)范下鋼筋混凝土超限高層建筑性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法研究*

[摘要]我國(guó)《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 500112010)和《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 32010)均首次正式引入了性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)的方法,對(duì)地震動(dòng)水準(zhǔn)、性能目標(biāo)、性能水準(zhǔn)組合及計(jì)算方法等性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容做出了明確規(guī)定。美國(guó)太平洋地震工程研究中心也于2010年發(fā)布了《高層建筑基于性能設(shè)計(jì)方法指南》(PEER-2010),首次將性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法正式引入到新建高層結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)計(jì)中。對(duì)比我國(guó)規(guī)范以及PEER-2010中建議的性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法的主要異同,闡述中美兩國(guó)性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法的特色,并按照我國(guó)規(guī)范規(guī)定的性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)某超限高層建筑進(jìn)行了性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)。探討了我國(guó)規(guī)范引入的性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法的合理性與實(shí)用性,并對(duì)其進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提出了建議。

Performance-based seismic design of out-of-code high-rise RC buildings based on new codes

Abstract: The performance-based seismic design method was firstly introduced in the Chinese  codes of Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010) and Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 32010). Key contents in performance-based seismic design were clearly specified in the codes including ground motions, performance objectives, performance level combinations and calculation methods. The American Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center also published Guidelines for performance-based seismic design of tall buildingsPEER-2010) in 2010 to introduce the performance-based seismic design method into designs of newly built high-rise buildings. Main differences and similarities of the performance-based seismic design methods of the Chinese codes and PEER-2010 were compared and the main characteristics of performance-based seismic design methods in China and USA were demonstrated. Based on the performance-based seismic design method of the Chinese codes, the performance-based seismic design was carried out for an out-of-code high-rise building. The rationality and applicability of the codified performance-based seismic design method were discussed and suggestions were made for the further development of the performance-based seismic design method.
