金地中心鋼筋混凝土窗格框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、試驗(yàn)與施工

(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,100045)[提要]金地中心采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。其中塔樓A地面以上約150m高,超過B級高度。在西、北立面采用了新型的鋼筋混凝土窗格框架。窗格框架由主框架及次框架柱組成,次框架僅提供側(cè)向剛度但同時(shí)只承受很少的重力荷載。另外,樓板邊緣與窗格框架脫開,樓面連接梁在窗格框架主框架柱處形成“脖頸”。給出了Push over在內(nèi)的全面抗震分析及有針對性的抗震模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法以及一種有效方便的后澆節(jié)點(diǎn)施工工藝。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土窗格框架;抗震分析;后澆連接Design,Test and Construction of RC Screen Frame core Structure for Golidfield Cencre Project/Zhao Yiqiang,Ke Changhua,Cheng Maokun(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The RC frame-core structural system is used for Golidfield Centre. The tower A building height is up to 150m and exceeds the class B limit for China Code. The special “screen frame” are used at the West and North facades, and the frame consists of the primary frame and a secondary frame members that provide additional stiffness to the frame but are only intended to carry incidental gravity load. A gap is created between the edge of the slab and screen frame and the neck of floor connecting beam at main column will be carefully checked. The comprehensive aseismic analysis (including Push-over) and relative model tests are introduced.
