[摘要]蘇州雅戈爾太陽城住宅存在超B級高度超限、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則,屬于特別復(fù)雜的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計帶來了一定困難。結(jié)合抗震規(guī)范要求,采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了小震彈性和大震彈塑性抗震分析。分析結(jié)果表明,在地震作用下,主體結(jié)構(gòu)具備較好的承載和變形能力。

Structural design of the super high-rise residential building of Youngor Sun-City in Suzhou

Abstract: The residential building of Youngor Sun-City in Suzhou is a complex high-rise structure with out-of-code items of over B-level height and torsion irregularity, which brings great difficulties to the structural design. Combined with requirements of seismic design code, elastic analysis under the frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake were carried out on the main structure in detail using the performance-based seismic design method. Analysis results show that the main structure has well bearing capacity and deformation ability under the earthquake.
