[摘要]昆明人民路一號(hào)廣場(chǎng)超高層塔樓高度為160.5m,采用全鋼框架-鋼中心支撐核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型及結(jié)構(gòu)布置,整體計(jì)算分析及結(jié)果滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求。根據(jù)性能目標(biāo)進(jìn)行整體結(jié)構(gòu)的小震反應(yīng)譜和彈性時(shí)程分析、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的中震不屈服及整體結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力彈塑性分析,對(duì)薄弱部位采取加強(qiáng)措施,確保結(jié)構(gòu)在滿足建筑功能及合理經(jīng)濟(jì)的條件下具有較高的抗震性能。介紹用兩種方法包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)二道防線及將地下室鋼框架轉(zhuǎn)換為型鋼混凝土框架的做法,可為類似結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design of a super high-rise building in First Plaza on Renmin Road in Kunming

Abstract: A super high-rise building in First Plaza on Renmin Road in Kunming adopts steel frame-concentrically braced core wall structural system with the height of 160.5 meters. Selection of structural system and its layout were introduced. The overall calculation and analysis results could meet requirements of the current codes. Based on the targets of performance, the response spectrum and elastic time history analysis  under the frequent earthquake of the overall structure were carried out, as well as non-yielding analysis of key members under the moderate earthquake and the Pushover analysis of the overall structure. Measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts to ensure the high seismic performance under meeting the requirements of architectural features and reasonable economic conditions. Two methods for envelope design of the second seismic fortification line were introduced as well as the transformation of steel frames into steel reinforced concrete frames in the basement, which could provide references for structural design of similar projects.
