【摘要】上海漕寶路田林街道213街坊地塊開發(fā)項目緊鄰地鐵,是軌道交通結(jié)合城市商業(yè)地下空間開發(fā)的地下綜合體工程。工程為大底盤、多塔樓、平面和豎向不規(guī)則的復雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計采用多種計算軟件進行分析,并采取有針對性的抗震加強措施。針對鄰地鐵工程的特殊性,在鄰地鐵地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、開發(fā)地塊與地鐵主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接、結(jié)構(gòu)防水等關(guān)鍵問題上進行深入分析,并在設(shè)計中采取相應技術(shù)措施。本工程的設(shè)計實踐以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的應用,可為軌道交通建設(shè)與城市地下空間開發(fā)相結(jié)合的地下綜合體工程提供借鑒和參考。

Structural design of an underground development project adjacent to subway in Shanghai

Abstract:Development project of 213 plot of Caobao Road Tianlin Street in Shanghai is adjacent to subway, which is an underground complex combined with rail transit station. The complicated and high-rise building with enlarged base has multiple towers with irregular plane and vertical shapes. Different softwares are used to calculate and targeting seismic fortification measures are given. In view of the specialty of the adjacent metro engineering,some key problems as adjacent metro foundation design, the connection between the project and the subway structure and structure waterproofing are analyzed, and appropriate technical measures are taken in the design.The design practice and the application of key technologies in the project can provide engineering reference for similar projects.
