[摘要] 隨著信息化和BIM技術的發(fā)展,數(shù)字化平臺的集成管理在地下空間綜合體開發(fā)中的風險預控管理方面起到的作用越來越顯著。上海城建市政工程(集團)有限公司以虹源盛世國際文化城項目為載體,嘗試使用以BIM平臺為基礎,整合集成了現(xiàn)場施工信息和公司智庫等多種資源來提高總承包對風險的管控能力。通過信息在平臺上的數(shù)據(jù)交流,以當前工況為基礎對后續(xù)工況進行模擬,使風險管控前置,付之合理的施工方案。這種創(chuàng)新的數(shù)字化信息技術管理模式以其低碳、綠色、高效等優(yōu)點,再加上BIM模型的通用性將為大型地下空間綜合體施工管理提供良好的管理手段。

The research and application of digital construction management platform of underground space complex

Abstract:With the development of the digitalization and BIM technology, combining management platform plays an important role in the control of risk during the construction of underground space. By integrating the site information and the think tank’s resource, SUCGM enhance the ability of risk control with the help of complex management platform based on BIM. It will make the risk control front-loaded through the exchange of information in the platform, and then the rational management plan will be triggered. This innovative digital information technology management mode which is low carbon, green and efficient will provide a good reference for large underground complex in construction management. The BIM model’s general use makes this platform much more vital.
