[摘要] 大力開發(fā)地下空間可以較好地解決城市土地緊缺、交通擁擠等問題。但同時，隨著地下空間大規(guī)模、深層次的開發(fā)，也面臨著諸如承壓水、防災(zāi)等一系列的安全問題。闡述了承壓水對地下工程安全的危害、處理方法以及工程降水活動對周邊環(huán)境的影響，并基于此提出了地下空間開發(fā)中控制承壓水、保護(hù)周邊環(huán)境的技術(shù)措施。同時，分析了大型地下空間的特征以及其災(zāi)害的特點(diǎn)，并提出了地下空間防災(zāi)安全保障技術(shù)的研究方向。

Several problems during in development of urban underground space

Abstract: Developing underground space is a good solution to some urban issues such as land resource shortage, traffic congestion and so on. Meanwhile, with the large-scale and in-depth development of underground space, we should pay more attention to a series of security issues, for example, confined water controlling and disaster prevention. In this paper, endanger to underground engineering from confined water, treatments of confined water and influence of confined aquifers dewatering on environment were described firstly. Based on this, methods about controlling confined water were presented, which is friendly to environment. Then, characteristics and features of disaster in large underground space were analyzed. At last, research direction of disaster prevention technology in underground space was proposed.
