緊鄰地鐵設(shè)施深基坑信息化施工與分析*

摘要]為確保廣州宏城廣場(chǎng)基坑施工安全,考慮在地鐵APM線隧道兩側(cè)由于不平衡開(kāi)挖對(duì)地鐵APM線隧道產(chǎn)生的偏壓影響,在地鐵隧道上方采用分區(qū)分層分段逐步開(kāi)挖的方式開(kāi)挖基坑,同時(shí)依據(jù)不同的地質(zhì)條件和開(kāi)挖深度采用水泥土墻+內(nèi)支撐、攪拌樁+鉆孔灌注樁+錨索、攪拌樁+鉆孔灌注樁+內(nèi)支撐、攪拌樁+地下連續(xù)墻+內(nèi)支撐、旋噴樁+旋挖樁+內(nèi)支撐(斜撐)等多種綜合支護(hù)方案。通過(guò)詳細(xì)的監(jiān)測(cè)方案了解基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的變形情況以確?;影踩?。監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明:錨索拉力和基坑的水平位移主要發(fā)生在基坑土體的開(kāi)挖階段,基坑土體的平衡開(kāi)挖較好地控制了地鐵隧道的變形,周邊的建筑物、道路和管線的變形也較小。

Information construction and analysis of deep foundation pit near subway facilities

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction of Guangzhou Hongcheng Plaza, considering the eccentric earth pressure on subway APM line due to unbalance excavation on both sides of subway APM line, the piecewise and block excavation method above the subway tunnel was favorable for excavating the foundation pit. Based on different geological conditions and foundation pit depth, the cement soil wall with interior supports, mixing pile with bored piles and anchor cables, mixing pile with bored piles and interior supports, mixing pile with  diaphragm walls and interior supports, rotary churning piles and rotary drilling piles with interior supportsdiagonal braceswere combined to form the supporting scheme of Guangzhou Hongcheng Plaza foundation pit construction. A detailed monitoring scheme was laid to find out the deformation conditions of the supporting system of the deep foundation pit to ensure the safety. The monitoring data indicate that tension force of the anchor and horizontal displacement of foundation pits mainly take place in excavation stage of the foundation pit. The balance excavation of the foundation earth well controls the deformations of the APM line, surrounding buildings, roads and underground pipelines.
