[摘要]為研究輕質(zhì)芯?;炷怜B合密肋樓板的受力和變形性能,對由混凝土梁四邊支承的輕質(zhì)芯?;炷怜B合密肋樓板的足尺模型進行了豎向加載試驗。觀測樓板裂縫的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展以及樓板破壞過程,分析樓板的荷載-撓度曲線、荷載-鋼筋應(yīng)變曲線以及樓板的安全性和適用性。試驗結(jié)果表明,在初始加載到破壞的整個過程中,樓板的裂縫逐漸開展,撓度緩慢增大,樓板表現(xiàn)出良好的延性破壞特征;同時樓板呈現(xiàn)出明顯的雙向板受力特征,主肋表現(xiàn)出T形截面梁的受力特征;樓板具有較高的安全儲備和良好的適用性。

Experimental study and analysis of lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor

Abstract: To study the mechanical performance and deformation capacity of the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor, the full-scale model of the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor with four-ways supported by concrete beams was tested under the vertical load. The apearance and development of cracks and failure of the slab were observed. Both safety and serviceability of the slab were analyzed as well as the load-deflection curves and the load-strain curves of reinforcements. Experimental results indicate that the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor performs a satisfactory ductile failure mode with gradually increasing cracks and deflection in entire loading process. The slab shows obvious characteristics of two-way slab and the main rib shows the mechanical property of T-shaped beam. The slab has large safety margin and well serviceability.
