[摘要]某工程原設(shè)計方案為地上三棟高層辦公塔樓,地下4層,在大部分地下室已施工至±0.000后停工。新的建筑方案對地下室功能和布局進行了調(diào)整,對地上塔樓進行了修改和加層。以塔樓B為例,介紹了新的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計在框架柱數(shù)量、剪力墻厚度、樓面梁布置及荷載取值等方面進行的一系列優(yōu)化,更好地滿足了建筑設(shè)計的要求,而且結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計更趨于合理、經(jīng)濟,同時在現(xiàn)有地下室施工情況下順利地進行了后續(xù)施工。

Structural optimization design of the tower building in a continued construction project

Abstract:
The previous design scheme of a project included 3 high-rise office towers aboveground and 4-story basement underground. The construction was shut down when the basement construction was almost completed and the relative elevation reached ±0.000. In new architecture scheme, basement function and layouts were adjusted as well as the tower aboveground, and the tower floor numbers were added. Take tower B as example, a series of optimization items were introduced including column numbers, shear wall thickness, beam arrangement and load value assignment. The new structural design tends to be more reasonable as well as economic, and meets the architecture demand much better. The continued construction was carried out successfully under the existing basement construction conditions.
