環(huán)向懸臂索承網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)應(yīng)力設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和應(yīng)用

摘要]徐州市奧體中心體育場工程屋蓋采用了新型雜交空間結(jié)構(gòu)——環(huán)向懸臂索承網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造為開口形式,與弦支穹頂相似,徑向鋼梁變?yōu)閼冶蹣?gòu)件,與周圍結(jié)構(gòu)通過銷軸連接,這釋放了懸臂構(gòu)件端部彎矩,使鋼拉索構(gòu)件成為主要的受力構(gòu)件,減小了懸挑梁的截面從而大大地減少用鋼量。對本工程與預(yù)應(yīng)力優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括鋼拉索失效分析、預(yù)應(yīng)力索夾節(jié)點(diǎn)的深化設(shè)計(jì)和抗滑移試驗(yàn),并采用正搭法和倒拆法對預(yù)應(yīng)力施工進(jìn)行仿真分析等。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)向懸臂索承網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)適用于超大型的體育場及其他公共建筑。

Research and application of critical technology for the prestressed design of ring cantilever cable supported latticed structures

Abstract: The new hybrid spatial structure of ring cantilever cable supported latticed structures is adopted in the roof of Xuzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium project. The structural form is similar to suspendome and is constructed as a form of opening. The radial steel beams become cantilever members, which are connected with the surrounding structures by pin shafts to release out the moment produced at the end components of cantilever members. Steel cable components have become the main bearing members. The sections of cantilever beams can be reduced and the amount of steel is greatly reduced. The critical technologies of the project about prestressed optimization design were studied, including the failure analysis of steel cable, deep design and anti-slip test of cable clamp joints. Assembled method and the backward method were adopted to carry out simulation analysis of prestressed construction. Results show that the ring cantilever cable supported latticed structures is suitable for super large stadiums and other public buildings.
