[摘要]成都市規(guī)劃展覽館輔樓建筑面積約34 000m2,平面呈L形,外包尺寸112m×97m。因建筑需要,底層大面積架空,存在20.8m的大懸挑,以及內部31.2m和36.4m的兩個大跨度,同時還有錯層、豎向構件轉折、樓板不連續(xù)等多重復雜情況;另外,極短的施工工期要求也給結構選型及設計造成困難。針對該結構的特點,選用抗震性能優(yōu)良的鋼框架支撐結構體系;并根據(jù)抗震性能化設計目標要求,對結構進行了整體靜力、動力彈塑性、復雜節(jié)點有限元、樓蓋舒適度、防連續(xù)倒塌等分析,并據(jù)此采取相應措施。結果表明,該結構選型布置合理、抗震性能優(yōu)良、防連續(xù)倒塌能力較強、整體結構安全。

Multi-complex steel structural design on podium building of Chengdu Urban Planning Exhibition Hall

Abstract: Podium building of Chengdu Urban Planning Exhibition Hall has a total floor area around 34 000m2 with an L shaped plan, and its outline size is 112m×97m. Due to the requirements of architecture, the building needs a vast transparent ground floor, so a 20.8 meters cantilever and two large-span units with 31.2 meters and 36.4 meters are respectively required. Other challenges like split-level, discontinuous vertical members, floor discontinuity and etc. are also met in this building. In addition, a very short construction time limit for a project also causes difficulties to the structural selection and design. Based on the above situation, steel frame-brace system with excellent seismic performance was adopted. And according to the requirements of performance-based seismic design, the overall structure static, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, finite element analysis of the complex joints,the floor comfort and progressive collapse analysis were all executed and corresponding measures were taken. The results show that the structural layout is reasonable, the seismic performance is superior, the continuous collapse prevention ability is strong and the whole structure is safe.
