[摘要]西安綠地中心A座超高層建筑塔樓高270m,采用鋼管混凝土框架+伸臂桁架+型鋼混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)形式。該建筑高度超限,且地處8度區(qū)Ⅲ類場地這樣的不利場地條件,結(jié)構(gòu)外框架柱距大,建筑立面切角導(dǎo)致角柱不能豎向貫通,二道防線作用較弱。針對工程特點,重點探討了從結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、構(gòu)造措施、性能目標(biāo)及整體計算等方面對塔樓所采取的加強(qiáng)措施,并進(jìn)行了設(shè)防烈度下構(gòu)件的承載力分析及動力彈塑性分析。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)均比較理想,整體設(shè)計滿足設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)要求。

Structrural design on A block super high-rise building of Xi’an Greenland Center

Abstract: The A block super high-rise building of Xi’an Greenland Center, which has the height of 270m, adopts composite structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame, outriggers and steel reinforced concrete core wall. The height of the building exceeds the Chinese code limit. The building locates in an unfavorable site condition of the seismic intensity 8 zone and site Ⅲ. The outer frame column space is large, and the building facade has cutting angles at sides, which causes the corner columns to be not continuous along the building elevation, and conditions above lead to a weak second seismic defense line. According to the project characteristics, strengthening measures were carried out, including the structural system selection, structural layout, structural measures, performance goals and overall calculations. The bearing capacity analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the seismic fortification intensity were conducted. Results show that structural indicators are ideal and the overall structural design satisfies the expected requirements of the performance goal.
