樁端后注漿鉆孔灌注樁極限承載力不同計算方法的比較

摘要]在樁端后注漿鉆孔灌注樁的設(shè)計納入規(guī)范之前,已有不少工程實例采用了此種施工工藝,當(dāng)時其極限承載力計算主要依據(jù)地方經(jīng)驗及設(shè)計研究成果。選取多項工程實例,分別依據(jù)某單位設(shè)計研究成果、全國《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 942008)和上海市《地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(DGJ 08-112010)來計算、比較各種計算方法單樁極限承載力和單樁注漿量的計算結(jié)果。分析結(jié)果表明,各種計算方法雖有差異,但單樁極限承載力的計算結(jié)果接近,均可作為估算單樁極限承載力的依據(jù);而單樁注漿量的計算結(jié)果差異稍大,應(yīng)根據(jù)規(guī)范要求及地方經(jīng)驗選取,并控制好注漿終止條件。

Comparison of different ultimate bearing capacity calculation methods of pile-end post-grouting bored piles

Abstract: Before the design of pile-end post-grouting bored piles was taken into the formal specification, many engineering examples had used this technique. The calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was based on the local experience and the research achievements of local design institutes. Several project examples were selected to compare the calculation results of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and the grouting volume of single pile-according to the research achievements of the local design institute, Technical code for building pile foundation(JGJ 94—2008), and Foundation design code of Shanghai(DGJ 08-11—2010) respectively. Analysis results show that the various calculating methods are different, but the values of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile calculated by the methods are close and the calculation methods can be used as the basis of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. The calculating results of the grouting volume of single pile have a slightly large difference and  should be selected according to the specification requirements and local experience under the condition that the grouting termination condition is well controlled.
