摘要]蘇州國(guó)際博覽中心東橋廳是一個(gè)采用巨型鋼桁架跨越市政道路的復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu),通過在特定位置設(shè)置滑移支座來釋放溫度應(yīng)力。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造以及帶軟鋼阻尼球形鋼支座的設(shè)計(jì)、工作原理及模型試驗(yàn)。分析結(jié)果表明,合理布置豎向傳力系統(tǒng)和抗側(cè)力系統(tǒng)是復(fù)雜大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵;在結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算模型中建入用于調(diào)整基礎(chǔ)不均勻沉降的拉梁,并按實(shí)際考慮基礎(chǔ)剛度是有必要的;合理設(shè)置滑移支座能夠在有效減小結(jié)構(gòu)溫度應(yīng)力的同時(shí)保證結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能;帶軟鋼阻尼球形鋼支座能夠在基本不增加造價(jià)的情況下提供結(jié)構(gòu)所需要的阻尼力,性價(jià)比較高。

Structural design of giant steel truss of east bridge hall in Suzhou International Expo Center

Abstract: The east bridge hall in Suzhou International Expo Center is a complex structure with giant steel truss which spans the municipal road and releases temperature stress by sliding bearings. Structure design characteristics and critical joint details were introduced as well as the design, operating principle and model tests of sphere steel bearing with soft steel damper. Results show that rational arrangements of vertical force system and lateral force resisting system are the key points to design complex large span structures. In the calculation model, it is necessary to consider actual foundation stiffness and arrange tie beams which adjust uneven settlement of the foundation. Suitable sliding bearings reduce temperature stress effectively and ensure seismic performance of the structure. Sphere steel bearing with soft steel damper can provide the required damping force without increase of the cost.
